The birth of The Rustic Truck started in 2018 when we were approached with the opportunity to save this beautiful building and bring it back to life.

All of our food is prepared right here in house. The Steaks get sliced fresh. We Hand rub all the Ribs, the Tri Tip gets trimmed, the Prime get seasoned and then we lovingly watch over it all while it is getting touched by the smoke angels out back in the Bone Yard.
And our 730 whiskey BBQ sauce is made in house.Rodger and Cherie are so blessed to have such an amazing staff and loyal customers.

We came in and did not expect to have one of the best meals we've ever had. One thing my husband cannot stand to have his food touching, and they served it on a tray that was divided for each serving.
Very thankful for this place. Being new to the area my husband and I have had a hard time finding a place that feels like 'us' and we feel welcomed. They have good food, great service and the place is cozy and warm..always enjoy going.
